Engineering &
Design Services

Every Jayveecons project begins with engineering. Before fabrication starts, our team evaluates process requirements, material characteristics, site conditions, operational goals, and maintenance considerations to develop equipment engineered specifically for each application — not adapted from standard catalogue designs.

At the core of this capability is the Jayveecons Vectrix™ Design Platform — a unified engineering environment built around decades of accumulated process knowledge, calculation methodologies, field experience, and equipment performance data across multiple industries.

Process Engineering:
Capacity calculations, material flow analysis, process optimization, equipment selection, and sizing based on bulk density, particle size distribution, moisture, temperature, and throughput requirements.
Machine Design:
Shaft and bearing calculations, structural analysis, drive selection, power sizing, conveyor geometry, elevator configurations, and heavy-duty component integration.
Detailed Fabrication Engineering:
General arrangement drawings, manufacturing drawings, weld detailing, assembly documentation, and bill of materials.
Civil & Layout Integration:
Foundation load data, anchor bolt layouts, equipment positioning, plant layout coordination, and interface support.
Material & Application Engineering:
Grade selection for abrasion, corrosion, high-temperature service, food-grade compliance, and specific operating environments.
Reverse Engineering & Upgrades:
Documentation, redesign, and performance improvement of existing equipment including modernization and wear optimization.

Our 90,000 sq.ft integrated manufacturing facility in Bengaluru combines fabrication, machining, assembly, and quality control within a single operation.

Plate Rolling & Forming:
Rolling and forming of conveyor troughs, kiln shells, silos, hoppers, tanks, ducts, and large-diameter cylindrical structures.
Heavy Structural Fabrication:
Fabrication of conveyor galleries, support structures, platforms, frames, chutes, and industrial steel assemblies. MIG, TIG, and arc welding across carbon steel, stainless, and AR alloys.
Precision Machining:
CNC machining and precision turning of shafts, pulleys, flanges, bearing housings, idler assemblies, couplings, and custom components.
Materials:
Mild steel, AR steels, stainless 304/316, high-temperature materials, and food-grade specifications.
Quality Control & Assurance:
Dimensional verification, weld inspection, pressure testing, trial assembly, and pre-dispatch quality inspections.

Erection &
Commissioning

Successful equipment performance depends as much on correct installation and commissioning as it does on engineering and manufacturing. Jayveecons provides erection and commissioning support to ensure that systems installed on-site perform safely, reliably, and in line with design expectations from the first day of operation.

Our site teams work closely with the same engineering and manufacturing groups involved in the project, enabling faster problem-solving, better technical coordination, and smoother execution during installation and start-up. From mechanical assembly and alignment to process commissioning and operator training, we support the transition from delivered equipment to fully operational systems.

Site & Civil Coordination:
Equipment positioning verification, foundation checks, anchor bolt inspection, layout coordination, and installation readiness assessment before erection activities begin.
Mechanical Erection & Assembly:
Assembly and installation of conveying systems, process equipment, structures, drives, and rotating machinery, including shaft alignment, bearing installation, belt tensioning, and coupling setup.
Electronics and Electrical Integration:
Gearbox installation, motor alignment, VFD coordination, drive integration, rotation verification, and interface support with electrical, data acquisition and automation teams.
Dry Run:
Mechanical trial runs prior to material introduction, including vibration monitoring, temperature checks, noise evaluation, alignment verification, and operational safety checks.
Commissioning and Performance Optimization:
Controlled material introduction, throughput ramp-up, operational tuning, process parameter adjustment, and performance verification under working conditions.
Operator Training & Handover Support:
On-site guidance for operating personnel covering equipment operation, start-up and shutdown procedures, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance practices.

Ongoing Support

Industrial equipment is expected to operate reliably long after installation, and effective after-sales support plays a critical role in maintaining plant performance and minimizing downtime. Because Jayveecons engineers and manufactures the equipment we supply, we maintain complete access to original drawings, material specifications, manufacturing data, and application knowledge — enabling faster support, accurate replacement parts, and long-term service continuity.

We provide ongoing spare parts and support services for VECTOMEC™ equipment across conveying, processing, storage, and thermal systems, while also supporting selected third-party equipment where specifications and manufacturing requirements align with our capabilities. Our focus is not only on replacing worn components, but on helping clients improve equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and operational uptime over the long term.

OEM replacement parts:
Original-specification replacement parts manufactured from existing engineering drawings and production data for Jayveecons-supplied equipment.
Spare & Consumables:
Supply and fabrication of high-wear components including conveyor belts, screw flights, elevator buckets, liners, rollers, and other regularly replaced operating parts.
3rd Party Equipment Support:
Reverse engineering and manufacture of replacement components for compatible third-party equipment where specifications can be accurately matched.
Emergency Breakdown Support:
Priority fabrication and expedited support for critical breakdown situations where downtime directly impacts plant operations and production schedules.
Maintenance Support:
Assistance in establishing recommended spare parts inventories and shutdown planning programs to support preventive maintenance and faster recovery during outages.
Performance & Upgrade Components:
Improved-specification replacement parts developed to address recurring wear, operational inefficiencies, material changes, or demanding service conditions.

Restoring Performance &
Extending Service Life.

Not every operational issue requires complete equipment replacement. Jayveecons provides repair, refurbishment, and upgrade services for bulk material handling and process equipment, helping clients restore performance, extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and improve reliability while maximizing the value of existing assets.

Our teams support both Jayveecons-supplied systems and selected third-party equipment across conveying, thermal processing, storage, and material handling applications. Depending on the condition and operational requirements, services may range from targeted component repair and shutdown maintenance to complete equipment rebuilds and performance upgrades.

Assessment:
Site inspections, equipment condition evaluation, failure analysis, and repair-versus-replacement recommendations based on operational, technical, and cost considerations.
Workshop Repairs:
Shaft rebuilding, bearing housing restoration, pulley refurbishment, re-lagging, structural repair, welding correction, component replacement, and precision re-machining.
On-site Repairs:
Field repairs, emergency breakdown support, shutdown maintenance, alignment correction, welding, and servicing for equipment that cannot be removed from site.
Equipment Rebuild:
Complete dismantling, inspection, repair, replacement of worn components, reassembly, and restoration of equipment to reliable operating condition.
Performance Upgrades:
Capacity improvements, wear-life enhancements, material upgrades, drive modifications, automation integration, and operational improvements incorporated during refurbishment.

Why Single-Source
Matters

In industrial equipment, the weakest link is almost always the handoff. When a design firm passes a drawing to a fabricator, and the fabricator passes equipment to an installation contractor, and the contractor hands over to a maintenance team — critical knowledge is lost at every transfer. Nobody owns the outcome.

Jayveecons is built to eliminate that problem. The engineer who designed your conveyor is available to answer your installation team's questions. The fabricator who built your kiln can diagnose why a component has worn faster than expected. The commissioning engineer can write the maintenance procedure because they ran the machine.

"Customer satisfaction comes in providing cost-effective and superior products and services coupled with technological innovation."

That philosophy was written into our founding mission in 1987. Every service we offer exists to deliver on it.
