In 1987, K. R. Subramanian established Jayveecons, Consultants and Engineers in Bengaluru as a process engineering consultancy focused on Vertical Shaft Kiln technology for small-scale cement plants. What began as a specialised advisory practice quickly evolved into something far more significant.
The strength of those early engagements — and the trust earned through them — expanded our footprint across industries including mining, food processing, steel, and waste management. As client requirements became more complex and execution-driven, it became clear that consultancy alone would not deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers' needs. This was our natural catalyst to build.
Over the past three decades, our greatest asset has been the feedback and trust of our customers.
